The village hall has 4 rooms at the rear of the building, shown on the plan below as rooms 1 to 4. Our plan is to lease or rent 2 of the 4 rooms to a suitable business or possibly businesses, keeping 2 as storerooms.
We are open to offers from suitable businesses for long term lease or short-term rent.
Room 1 has a fitted sink, various cabinets, a desk, a privacy screen and an examination couch. It would suit a doctor, physiotherapist or similar business. It is 4 M x 2.3 M.
Room 2 has double doors, bookshelves, chairs and tables. It was previously used as a waiting room for clients for room 1 next door. It could potentially be re-purposed as an office or storeroom. It is 4 M x 3.65 M
Room 3 is currently used to store equipment. It was previously used as an office and could be used as such again. It is the same size as room 1.
Room 4 is also in use by the hall as a store room.

£7,000/year or £600/month or £60/day or £20/hour.

£3,000 a year or £250/month or £25/day or £9/day.
Room 4. Not currently available to rent or hire.
General information
Full use of the room(s) to be discussed and negotiated depending on requirements and subject to availability. The Trustees are ideally seeking a long-term lease agreement.
Room-share possible.
All rooms include services + Internet.
There is a disabled toilet with baby changing at the end of the corridor.
Main entrance has disabled ramp and push button operated door.
Shared parking with other hall users includes 2 disabled parking spaces.
