To book the hall you will need to have completed a booking form. There are two versions of the form. Regular Hire is for those wishing to book a regular slot that repeats, usually on a weekly basis, for meetings, events or classes. It can be downloaded in Word or PDF format giving you the option to fill it in electronically and email it to us or print it out and post it to us. The other form is for occasional hire, for example a one off event such as a birthday party where you are looking to hire the hall for a few hours or a single day. For this type of booking please click the required link below:

PLEASE NOTE: Because the hall is located in a residential area we do not do bookings for parties where loud music is to be played or the event goes on beyond 10.00 pm
